A Review on the Factors Influencing the Heat Dissipation of Tunnel Cables

This article aims to explore the thermodynamic properties of tunnel cables and their influencing factors. It begins by explaining the distribution and composition of tunnel cables. Then, it outlines the calculation methods for cable current-carrying capacity. The study examines how different laying methods affect heat dissipation performance. It also considers the impact of tunnel ventilation conditions. The distance between cables and tunnel walls is another factor studied. Additionally, the influence of tunnel humidity on heat dissipation is explored. The article proposes strategies to enhance cable heat dissipation efficiency and lifespan. These include optimizing cable laying methods, improving tunnel ventilation design, adjusting the distance between cables and tunnel walls, and controlling tunnel humidity. This research aims to provide references for studies related to tunnel cable heat dissipation.
