AI-Enhanced Wearable for Remote Healthcare Monitoring to Manage Stress

Stress is a pervasive problem plaguing modern society, impacting people of all ages, genders, origins, and workplace settings. This paper discussed the psychological and physiological consequences of stress, particularly as it relates to managing the environmental pressures of work, family, and acute life events. Chronic stress impacts people in countless ways, creating substantial risks to mental, physical health, and job performance. The research underlines the importance of comprehending stress at various levels in the context of the modern world, pointing to its widespread, prolonged, and complicated nature. In order to deal with this problem, a new Internet of Things (IoT) solution has been created that combines several sensors for holistic stress monitoring. This solution provides 80% accuracy in detecting stress, which is higher than available solutions. Through the use of IoT technology, the suggested strategy provides more improved stress management functions, allowing individuals, groups, and organizations to further defend themselves against stress's destructive effects in their lives.
