Optimization Analysis of Control Strategy for Electrically Driven Circuit Breakers

The article aims to improve the load torque of the electric drive operating mechanism, introduces the electric drive control method, and uses the rigid body dynamics analysis software Adams to analyze the output torque, obtaining the load torque utilization rate under different control strategies. In position control mode, the fluctuation range of motor load torque is large, and the torque utilization rate is low during the opening process. In order to improve the torque utilization rate of the motor, this paper proposes a closed-loop angle control based on improving torque utilization rate. Through simulation calculation, the motor current of the electric drive mechanism is in the high amplitude range of 400A in the overtravel and acceleration stages, and the current rapidly decreases in the deceleration stage. The overall torque utilization rate reaches 49.4%, indirectly reflecting that the closed-loop angle control strategy can improve the output torque of the electric drive mechanism.
