Biometric Cardless Transaction Employing Light Fidelity

The technological advancements continue to reshape various industries, the financial sector is increasingly focused on improving the security and efficiency of electronic transactions. This project presents a groundbreaking approach to ATM transactions by integrating LiFi (Light Fidelity) communication technology with facial recognition, eliminating the need for conventional physical cards. The goal of the proposed system is to deliver a highly secure, intuitive, and contactless ATM experience for users. Incorporating facial recognition adds a powerful layer of authentication, allowing users to securely access their accounts without relying on PINs or physical cards. This method not only simplifies the user experience but also strengthens security by reducing the risks associated with card theft or PIN compromise. The system's core components include LiFi communication modules and a sophisticated facial recognition system. By leveraging visible light communication, LiFi ensures a secure method of data transfer, significantly reducing the likelihood of data interception compared to traditional radio frequency (RF) communication. This enhanced security makes it much harder for attackers to access sensitive user information, a common concern with traditional card-based systems.
