Implementation of a Desktop Application Capable of Sharing Images with Smartphones and PC

We have opportunities to share images in our daily lives, and there are a variety of methods used for image sharing, including cloud-mediated, server-mediated, and direct communication between terminals. Since there is no standard way to share images directly between Windows and iOS, this study will prototype an application that enables this direct sharing between them. It is also desirable that image files be communicated through a secure communication channel because they contain personal information. As a fulfillment of this requirement, this study utilizes the WebRTC mechanism and implements a desktop application using BLE. This study enables image sharing between Windows and iOS.
