Research on Data Governance of Salt Cavern Gas Storage Based on Data Standardization

To effectively address the issues of unclassified and underutilized data in the process of informatization, digitalization, and intelligent development of salt cavern gas storage, oil and gas pipeline enterprises need to organize and implement effective data governance. With the continuous development of informatization in domestic salt cavern gas storage, in order to fully leverage the role of enterprise production and operation platforms in value discovery and management efficiency improvement, there is a need for a multidimensional data governance method for salt cavern gas storage based on data standardization. This method aims to construct a cross-isolated data and provide a consistent data management ecosystem, with core components including data standards, data quality management, and full lifecycle data management. By conducting the aforementioned data governance activities, the monitoring of production and operation in enterprises can be effectively enhanced, along with data quality, serving as a reference for data governance in other enterprise-level data centers.
