Research on Urban Waterlogging Risk Analysis Method Based on InfoWorks ICM and Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process Algorithm

This study employs InfoWorks ICM data and the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) to assess urban waterlogging risk. The risk factors considered in the evaluation encompass three aspects: natural factors, engineering factors, and management factors. These are further broken down into nine specific indicators: rainfall intensity, terrain slope, historical water accumulation, completeness of pipeline systems, compliance of pipeline design return periods, stormwater pumping capacity, flood embankment management, integrated management of waterlogging and pollution, and emergency response management. When using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) for risk assessment of these indicators, experts can prioritize InfoWorks ICM simulation data to make precise judgments on engineering factors. Additionally, historical data, field surveys, and questionnaire surveys are integrated to ensure the scientific rigor and accuracy of the evaluation results. Practical case studies demonstrate that this method is feasible and yields effective outcomes.
