A Method and Device for Renting Services and Transferring Property Rights to a Quality Power Supply Operation

In order to reduce the power quality governance cost and investment risk for users, this paper proposes a method and device for high-quality power supply operation with rental services and property rights transfer. By grouping and governing user-sensitive equipment, the capacity of voltage governance equipment that can be directly purchased or selected for leasing is screened out. And thereby an expense optimization model is established to ultimately achieve the goal of maximizing the total net income of sensitive users and governance equipment manufacturers. Taking a sensitive user and equipment supplier as an example, a calculation example analysis is carried out. The results show that the method proposed in this paper can achieve the effect of maximizing the benefits of users and equipment manufacturers.
