Design and Implementation of Substation Monitoring System Based on HarmonyOS and Broadband-Narrowband Wireless Communication Technology

This research focuses on the design and implementation of a substation monitoring system based on HarmonyOS and broadband-narrowband wireless communication technology, aiming to address the issues of poor communication reliability, insufficient compatibility and scalability, and limited data processing and analysis capabilities inherent in traditional substation monitoring systems. The study provides a detailed analysis of the HarmonyOS architecture and its potential applications in the power sector, as well as the principles and characteristics of broadband-narrowband wireless communication technology. Through comprehensive requirements analysis, a hierarchical system architecture was constructed, encompassing key aspects such as HarmonyOS adaptation, broadband-narrowband wireless communication network deployment, and data processing and storage. During the system implementation phase, hardware device selection and installation, software system deployment, and integration debugging were completed, and the system's effectiveness was validated through functional, performance, and stability testing. Practical case studies demonstrate that the system significantly improves the accuracy and real-time capabilities of monitoring data, enhances fault warning and processing efficiency, and reduces operational and maintenance costs. The research findings provide a new pathway for the development of substation monitoring technology and also point out directions for further optimization and expansion in the future.
