Research on the Impact of Distribution Network Loop Closing Operation Based on the Random Forest Algorithm

In order to accurately evaluate the influence degree of each influencing factor on the loop closing current, this paper adopts the random forest algorithm to analyze the influence degree of each influencing factor on the loop closing operation of the 10kV distribution network. Firstly, the loop closing current of the distribution network is calculated and the factors influencing the loop closing current are analyzed. Secondly, each factor is taken as a variable, calculate the loop closing current under the condition of changing these variables for 500 times. The values of each variable and the calculation results of the loop closing current are recorded and used as the data analysis samples for the random forest algorithm. Finally, the random forest algorithm is used to train each sample to obtain the influence degree of each influencing factor on the loop closing current. According to the results, the influence degree of each influencing factor on the loop closing current of the distribution network in descending order is: voltage phase angle, loop closing path impedance, output of distributed generators, load magnitude, voltage amplitude, and load distribution.
