Software Technology for Emergency Wireless Communication Systems in Power Grids Integrating BeiDou, Shortwave, and Tiantong

To address the complex power emergency rescue environment in scenarios involving network, power, and road disruptions (the “three disruptions”), this study proposes a Beidou-integrated emergency wireless communication system for typical power business scenarios. The system primarily consists of four subsystems: the Beidou-3 communication subsystem, shortwave communication subsystem, Tiantong satellite communication subsystem, and integrated communication subsystem. Leveraging Beidou as the foundation, supplemented by shortwave and Tiantong, the system harnesses the advantages of Beidou short message communication technology to establish a three-dimensional integrated communication architecture for power systems that coordinates space, air, and ground. This architecture achieves adaptation to power business needs and resolves the issue where traditional network coverage blind spots cannot meet differentiated power business demands. Testing results demonstrate that the system exhibits good functionality and performance, as well as a certain degree of stability and security.
