Research on Intelligent Traction Control Method of Hydraulic Grinder Based on Fuzzy PID

In this paper, a new modular hydraulic grinding traction method is proposed to improve the stability and accuracy of grinding process. This method combines modular design, hydraulic technology and traction system, and can accurately pull and grind wires and cables. Firstly, the paper analyzes the shortcomings of traditional grinding methods. Then, the optimal control parameters of PID are calculated by using BP neural network, based on the deviation between actual and expected traction speed; At the same time, through fuzzy control, the accurate update of PID parameters is obtained by taking the deviation between actual and target traction force and its change rate as input. The control results of these two aspects are applied to the actuator to adjust the parameters of hydraulic grinding and realize the precise control of traction speed and force. Experimental results showed that the performance parameters of the hydraulic grinder met the target values. The system demonstrated stable dynamic performance, and the balancing control effect was remarkable.
