Synergizing Technology and Ethics: How Job Satisfaction Drives Job Performance

This study investigates the role of persontechnology fit and workplace ethics on job satisfaction. Another goal is to examine job satisfaction and job performance. This research uses a quantitative approach to achieve these objectives, using primary data sources and data collection methods through questionnaires. The number of respondents in this study was 100, and they were employees working in various sectors, namely education, finance, and manufacturing. The sample method employed was purposive sampling. The data analysis method employs a structural equation model. The findings indicated that person-technology fit significantly influences job satisfaction, has effect on job performance, and that workplace ethics significantly affects both job satisfaction and job performance. Meanwhile, job satisfaction affects job performance.
