Generation and Simulation of a Non-Stationary TDL Channel

This paper presents the implementation and evaluation of a non-stationary tapped delay line channel model for vehicle-to-vehicle communication. The channel model is generated with parameters derived from measurement data. We analyze key properties such as the root mean square delay spread and packet error rate. To account for non-stationary behavior, a first order two state Markov chain model is employed to describe the dynamic characteristics of the channel. The close alignment between simulation results and measured data confirms the model's accuracy and provides deeper insights into the reliability and performance of vehicle-to-vehicle communication channels. These findings contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of non-stationary characteristics in vehicle-tovehicle communication.
