Integrating Alcohol Detection, SMS Alert System, and GPS Tracking for Enhanced Safety of vehicle

In this paper introduces an innovative Integrated Alcohol Detection System (IADS) designed to enhance road safety. The system seamlessly integrates a robust alcohol detection engine with a vehicle's ignition system, automatically locking the engine upon detecting alcohol levels exceeding legal limits. In addition to engine locking, the IADS features an SMS notification system that promptly alerts pre-defined contacts when a violation is detected. This ensures timely communication to concerned parties, allowing for appropriate intervention or assistance. The proposed system utilizes advanced sensor technologies for precise alcohol level measurement, paired with a reliable microcontroller for real-time processing.
