Analysis of Multiplier Effect of Data Elements on Construction of Digital Ecological Civilization — Taking Guizhou Province as an Example

In the process of deep integration of industrial digitization and intelligence with greening, and realizing digital technology empowering green transformation, ecological civilization construction remains the core task. Data elements play an important multiplier effect in the construction of digital ecological civilization. Based on the data of Guizhou Province's the construction of digital ecological civilization and technological innovation, the analysis of data element multiplier effect shows that: first, digital ecological technology innovation has a positive impact on the achievements of the construction of digital ecological civilization. Second, the achievements of the construction of digital ecological civilization have a negative impact on the task of the construction of digital ecological civilization. Third, the task of the construction of digital ecological civilization has a positive impact on digital ecological technology innovation. The study proposes the following suggestions: first, promote the orderly open sharing of scientific data in various fields in Guizhou Province, accelerate technological innovation and industrial upgrading through the integration of data and intelligence, promote interdisciplinary and cross disciplinary collaborative innovation, and promote greening transformation. Second, support enterprises in various fields in Guizhou to integrate their own data, ecological environment public data, etc., and optimize environmental risk assessment. Third, organize public data authorization operations in key areas and explore collaborative public data authorization mechanisms between departments and provinces. Support industry enterprises to jointly formulate data circulation rules and standards, focus on business needs to promote compliant data circulation, and improve data application efficiency among multiple entities.
