Intelligent Approval and Safety Verification in Distribution Network Maintenance

Distribution network maintenance is essential to ensure regular operation, reliability, and safety of power supply systems. Traditional maintenance processes rely heavily on manual operations and telephone communications, leading to inefficiencies, poor information transmission, and increased operational risks. This paper proposes designing an intelligent application system for distribution network maintenance to enhance dispatching tasks' efficiency and management level. By integrating artificial intelligence and graphical visualization technologies, the system optimizes existing systems such as the Distribution Management System, Distribution Automation System, and Network Command System. Key features include an intelligent maintenance process monitoring interface, intelligent approval processes for maintenance orders, improved safety error prevention mechanisms, and dispatch business statistical analysis functions. The system enables real-time monitoring of maintenance plan execution, automates the approval and execution of operational tickets, and ensures operational safety through comprehensive error prevention checks. Implementing this intelligent system significantly reduces manual intervention, enhances the intelligence level of dispatching operations, and improves the efficiency and safety of distribution network maintenance.
