The Optimization Design and Performance Analysis of the Accumulator Lifting System for 500kV Oil-Filled Submarine Cable Pumping Station

To address the issues of high labor costs, difficulty safety risks associated with the installation and high safety risks associated with the installation and disassembly of pressure accumulators in 500kV submarine cable oil pumping stations, this paper proposes a specialized design scheme for a pressure accumulator handling and installation auxiliary device. This device integrates a robotic arm and guide rail system, specialized fixtures, and an intelligent control system to achieve precise movement and positioning of the pressure accumulator through remote control, reducing reliance on manual labor and minimizing direct contact risks with the pressure accumulator.
