Study on Optimal Scheduling of Industrial Parks Considering Fire Extinguishing Reserve

Aiming at the small degree of participation of industrial enterprises in the field of new energy consumption, the problem of poor returns, while taking into account the industrial park fire standby load, this paper puts forward a comprehensive scheduling strategy for the participation of industrial loads in the wind and light energy consumption. Firstly, we construct the production process constraint structure of magnesium industry and analyse the composition of fire fighting loads; then we analyse the composition and time distribution of each type of loads in the park, and determine the load scheduling method; finally, through the data of industrial loads ‘working hours, energy storage capacity, and the time distribution of wind and light, we put forward the multi-objective optimization method considering the cost of regulating and fire fighting loads’ standby, and achieve the reasonable allocation of each dispatch resource in each time period. The results show that this method can provide scheduling economic benefits for industrial enterprise operation under the premise of ensuring sufficient fire load backup in the park, effectively improving the comprehensive economic benefits of industrial enterprises and the comprehensive consumption rate of new energy, which has good engineering value in actual projects.
