They usually allow the water to be heated in the boiler for specific amount of time so as to reach the desired temperature. After this process, the hot water from the boiler is directly used as solvent. This water is not checked whether it has reached the desired specific temperature. There may be chances of error associated with this as the whole process is done on the basis of approximation. This small error done during the mixing of the solvent with chemicals may affect the quality of the fabric. This may lead to even major issues such as fabric damage or skin infection to the consumers who use the fabric. This affects the reputation of the company and spoil their business. To reduce these kinds of errors and to improve the quality of the product an automatic ratio calculator is used here. This ratio calculator gives the exact amount of solvent to be used for the given amount of textile chemical. Also, a temperature specifier is used so as to display the temperature of the water in the boiler. This will help them to achieve the desired range of temperature for the required amount of product. This will improve the fabric quality. Improved fabric quality will increase customer satisfaction. This paper introduces a novel Temperature Specifier and Ratio Calculator developed to address challenges in achieving precise temperature control and accurate mixing ratios in chemical processes.
