Design and Construction of Portable Electric Bicycle

The paper focuses on the construction and analysis of a foldable, portable, and lightweight electric bicycle that is continually integrated with solar panels and uses solar energy to charge the battery. This makes the vehicle essential for efficient municipal transit. Current research on urban air pollution shows the growth in carbon emissions and the need to solve environmental issues. The goal is to create a user-friendly, zero- emission foldable electric bicycle that is also economically viable, as well as to analyze the folding frame and chassis. The design is intended to be appropriate for both genders. Using an electric solar power system on this bike helps to manage pollution and reduce carbon footprints. The paper includes crucial themes such as market research, literature review, design, analysis, observation, and correction. The integration of solar panels to replace the battery as a secondary source is consistent with the larger objective of creating an ecologically friendly electric bicycle that requires less maintenance and produces less noise. This novel solution satisfies the need for urban bicycles by providing small and convenient transportation that allows people to move freely. The installation of a pivot in the frame to produce a foldable design is an effective technique to improve urban mobility and sustainability.
