Computer Control of Automatic Production Line

WinCC is a commonly used industrial control configuration software, which can be easily used to construct monitoring screens for distributed systems, dynamically displaying the operating status, real-time, duration curves and reports, upper and lower limit alarms, etc. of control equipment. This article introduces the composition of the entire production line and the design scheme of computer monitoring. Then, taking one station in the production line as an example, it introduces how to use WinCC software to simulate the control of the production line from the selection of software and hardware, hardware configuration, software and hardware communication methods, software configuration methods, sensor signal settings, software and hardware action synchronization program design, etc. The production line monitoring system can achieve good synchronization with the actions of various stations on site, and can also intuitively observe the transmission process of various input and output signals from the screen, which has important reference significance for real-time monitoring of similar production lines.
