Design and Implementation of Intelligent Line Follower Restaurant Servant Bot

Customers frequently have inconsistent experiences with traditional restaurant service models because of issues like lengthy wait times, ineffective order processing, and a heavy reliance on human employees. Restaurant Servant Bot is an IoT based intelligent robotic resolution that automates order taking and food delivery in restaurants. Different customers can place orders using a table device and the list of the order is displayed with an OLED display. This device wirelessly sent the order to kitchen and assigned to the Bot. Chef read the order and prepared the order and place on the top of the Bot. The Bot autonomously navigates using line-following technology can be controlled by Bluetooth to avoids obstacles and detects food loading via weight sensors. After delivering the order it sends delivery confirmation to the central system. The Restaurant Server Bot is a cutting-edge tool designed to make dining at restaurants more efficient and enjoyable and cost effective. The outcome of this research is Restaurant Servant Bot significantly reduces service time, minimizes human intervention, enhances operational efficiency, and improves overall customer satisfaction while offering a cost-effective alternative to traditional restaurant service methods.
