Methods of Improving the Accuracy of Radio Frequency Identification for Measuring Instruments Entry and Exit of the Warehouser Test Time

In the power industry, the batch identification and management of users' electric energy metering assets by radio frequency (RF) gates are achieved through radio frequency identification technology to realize the automatic and efficient management of power metering assets. The RF gates are connected to the intelligent storage vertical warehouses via conveyor belts. When measuring instruments enter or leave the warehouse, the automatic entry of information and the formation of electronic ledgers need to be completed through the RF gates. When a batch of measuring instruments enters the verification RF gate, the RF gate identifies the electronic tags contained in the measuring instruments. The measuring instruments that are successfully identified then enter the storage vertical warehouse immediately, while those that are not successfully identified enter the single-box verification channel through the rejection channel. Currently, the accuracy rate of radio frequency identification for measuring instruments entering and leaving the warehouse in Liaoning Company is relatively low. The low accuracy rate of radio frequency identification for measuring instruments entering and leaving the warehouse will lead to a large amount of secondary identification work, which seriously affects production efficiency and the distribution work of measuring instruments. This text conducts an analysis in view of the situation where the accuracy rate of radio frequency identification for measuring instruments entering and leaving the warehouse is relatively low. It mainly focuses on two main reasons: the long recognition distance of the RF gate algorithm and the short identification time of the RF gate. It proposes two specific methods, namely adopting the random competition anti-collision algorithm to reduce the recognition distance of the RF gate algorithm and installing the antenna parallel movement following device, and applies them on-site to improve the accuracy rate of radio frequency identification for measuring instruments entering and leaving the warehouse. The research results of this paper have increased the accuracy rate of radio frequency identification for measuring instruments entering and leaving the warehouse to 92.72%, effectively solved the problems of missed readings, incorrect readings and low efficiency faced in the scenarios of complex equipment entering and leaving the warehouse, greatly alleviated the pressure on the arrival and storage and distribution and outbound of large-scale metering assets in the provincial marketing service centers of the power grid, effectively improved the overall perception efficiency of metering asset data, reduced the on-site operation and maintenance workload, and generated good social benefits. It has great value for popularization and application.
