Energy Efficiency Redefined: Forecasting and Fault Detection in Households

Currently, the state of the environment is a crucial challenge. Every day, we face the difficulty of the rising heat across the globe. Radiant emotions regarding environmental enhancement concern the majority of our daily lives. However, mainly urbanization modifies the environment for the worse. Urbanization is accompanied by relatively high energy and natural resource demand. Since energy consumption is rising in both households and industries, action needs to be taken to save energy. Our study will assist in lowering electricity costs and improving the efficiency of energy use. Efficient energy utilization has to be instigated at the household level. According to reports, millions of units of the energy produced is used by families. This research attempts to address that problem by focusing light on a domestic modeling system that includes the most popular appliances and examining energy-use patterns along with estimates for their energy consumption. A structural model that will be developed may provide the understanding and prediction of the energy use of a single house or a neighborhood. The model will be utilized for energy demand management after it has been modified and validated. If any anomalies are found in the consumption of the electricity by any devices an email alert is sent to the user.
