Skin Cancer Detection and Classification Using Extreme Learning Machine

Skin cancers are an abnormal growth boost of skin on the human body. It is very dangerous for humans. Even humans can also die. Most often develop when the human body is exposed to sunlight. In this case doctors can't identify easily because lots of diseases look like skin cancer like benign tumors. According to the Journal of cancer research and Therapeutics in India there are 0.5--4.8 among females and 0.04-6.2 among male skin cancer patients. Doctors are facing issues to identify skin cancer. It takes so much time. Many Researchers have developed different models for detecting skin cancer using machine Learning Algorithms and deep learning algorithms they got good accuracy also, but their algorithms running time is high that why they can't develop fast application and it's not easy to train new model. This paper presents a deep learning model for skin cancer detection and classification by using Extreme Learning Machine. This paper also develops a system software for users to detect skin cancers by clicking and selecting a picture. Users will have to click skin picture and select that image by the software and software will detect and classify that is benign or malignant. This Approach will take very less time in training the model and it will be very fast so it can be integrated with any platform like android application, windows application and web application. The model presented in the paper is for identifying only Benign tumors and malignant cancer with 99.5% accuracy.
