For example, it employs techniques like cosine similarity and TF-IDF Vectorizer based natural language processing, to retrieve product information from a large phalanx database to accurately answer the user query processing (NLP) methods. The chatbot uses complex text processing methods such as tokenization, preprocessing, keyword matching, and the Bag of Words model to understand the user's input and generate a response.
