Study on ecological environment impact and soil and water conservation technology of power transmission and transformation projects in typical ecologically fragile areas in western China

Along with the development of the West Power Transmission and Transformation Project, how to reduce the effect of the project on the ecological vulnerable region and adopt the effective measures to protect the soil and water has become an urgent issue. A model is designed to forecast the environmental and ecological effects of power transfer and reconstruction projects based on machine learning and genetic algorithm. People can forecast the effect of power transfer and transformation project on soil erosion and vegetation destruction based on the random forest algorithm. The results indicate that the soil erosion rate is increased by $25 \%$, and the vegetation cover is reduced by $15 \%$, and the soil erosion is reduced by $30 \%$, and the vegetation is recovered by $18 \%$. Through this model, the decision maker can get more precise EIA data in the planning phase, which will provide the scientific foundation for the coordinated development of ecoprotection and project construction.
