Research on the Collaborative Control Method of the Turntable and the High-Speed Momentum wheel under High Inertia Load

Reconnaissance and surveillance satellites are an important part of a country's strategic early warning system and also a key means for the construction and development of the ability to control space information rights. Electronic reconnaissance satellites, as an important link in intelligence reconnaissance and strategic early warning, rely on their wide frequency band, high-timeliness information transmission, and intelligent information processing, and possess relatively strong support capabilities. They have become the foundation and support of the current informationized combat system. In order to obtain ground intelligence comprehensively and effectively, electronic reconnaissance satellites must adopt large receiving antennas with high sensitivity. In response to the urgent need for payload lightweighting at present, it is necessary to study the collaborative control method of the turntable and the high-speed despun Momentum wheel under high inertia load. The despun collaborative control of the turntable and the high-speed Momentum wheel usually requires multiple processors to achieve the synchronous control of the turntable and the Momentum wheel respectively. In this paper, through the DSP, a control method that nests the system-wide algorithm interrupt and the high-speed Momentum wheel motor commutation interrupt is adopted to realize the real-time four-quadrant control of the turntable and the high-speed Momentum wheel. Finally, after experimental tests, when the turntable rotation speed is 90°/s and the load inertia is 60 kg, the residual torque of the turntable subsystem is less than 0.1 Nm, and the speed stability of the turntable reaches 0.2°/s.
