The wheelset of a metro vehicle is a very critical component in the vehicle's travelling part, and its geometry will change with operation, which will pose a threat to the safety of the vehicle. Nowadays, the mainstream inspection method is the trackside vehicle integrated inspection system. In view of the inconvenience caused by the weight of the wheel to the traceability of the system, the design of the portable wheel instead of the traditional standard wheel, greatly reducing the mass of the wheel, so that the traceability of the trackside vehicle integrated detection system can be achieved; at the same time, through the analysis of the field test data and uncertainty assessment to prove the feasibility of the method.
