Design of Multi-channel Data Preprocessing Unit for Microwave Radiometer Based on FPGA and ARM

The data preprocessing unit is a crucial component within the digital signal processing subsystem of meteorological microwave radiometers. In response to the increasing number of channels in the developing microwave radiometers and the diverse requirements of ground system validation experiments, a data preprocessing unit based on FPGA and ARM has been designed. This data preprocessing unit accomplishes multi-channel data acquisition, communication and control with external devices, voltage signal output, and telemetry signal detection, etc. The design has a high degree of functional integration and versatility to adapt to changing external demands, making it a reliable acquisition and control device for microwave radiometers.
