Soulmind: Mental Health Chatbot with Anxiety Prediction

Anxiety disorders makes it difficult for a person to work, study, and do daily tasks. They can also cause social isolation and severe depression. In response to the increasing prevalence of anxiety and challenges in accessing mental health support, “Soulmind,” a mental health chatbot is designed. This chatbot has also been developed for anxiety prediction. This system provides an easily accessible, private, and immediate tool for individuals to gauge their anxiety levels. Soulmind's significance extends beyond simply detecting anxiety; it aspires to be a supportive platform that promotes early intervention and fosters mental well-being in current digital society. By offering personalized resources, coping mechanisms, and connections to professional help, Soulmind empower users to manage their mental health. The proposed system is evaluated using a relevant dataset and demonstrates an impressive accuracy rate of 85 percent. This helps in distinguishing between low, moderate, and high anxiety levels, highlighting Soulmind's potential as a confidential and user centric platform for mental health support.
