Recapping Knowledge and Practice: Knowledge Transfer in Child Protection Specialist Through Community of Practice in Faith-Based Organization

This study focuses on recapping the key knowledge and practices of Child Protection Specialists (CPS) in a faith-based organization (FBO) in Thailand to facilitate knowledge sharing through a Community of Practice (CoP). The goal is to identify the essential knowledge needed for CPS and explore how CoP can help organize and share this information. Using the Theory of Change (ToC) framework, the study looks at the challenges in child protection, especially the role of human resources in achieving success. Through methods like document analysis, expert interviews, and workshops, the study identifies key laws and practices related to child protection. The findings highlight the need for clear and structured ways to share knowledge to improve the skills of non-CPS staff. The study also shows how using the CoP digital platform can help store and share knowledge within the organization, strengthening child protection efforts
