Research on a High-Reliability and Low-Loss Power-Saving Fast Switching Device Based on Fast Mechanical Switch Combination of Eddy Current Repulsion Operating Mechanism

With the increasing sensitive load in modern power grid, voltage sag and interruption of several cycles will lead to equipment tripping, resulting in serious economic losses. Voltage sag and short-term interruption are important problems that must be solved in the development of modern industry. At present, the common mechanical switching dual-power switching device (ATS) has slow switching speed and is not suitable for voltage-sensitive loads, while the solid-state switching dual-power switching device (STS) has poor current capacity and anti-interference ability and high loss, so it is difficult to popularize. In view of the problems and shortcomings of the existing devices, this paper develops a high-reliability and low-loss power-saving fast switching device based on the rapid mechanical switch combination of eddy current repulsion operating mechanism, which can realize the fast and reliable switching of dual-channel power supply within 20ms, provide high-quality power support for sensitive loads, and ensure the safe and reliable power consumption of sensitive and important loads.
