Structural Design Study of High-Precision Integrated Inspection Center

The high-precision integrated inspection center is mainly used for the full-size inspection of given types of wheelsets, wheels, and axles, and can realize functions such as contact measurement and non-contact measurement, with characteristics of high measurement accuracy and easy operation. This paper introduces the main functional requirements of the high-precision integrated inspection center, analyzes the principle realization of specific functions, establishes a three-dimensional model of the high-precision integrated inspection center, analyzes the specific structural design features of the high-precision integrated inspection center, and finally draws conclusions based on analysis and application.
