The article analyzes results of the IEEE Conference “2025 Systems of Signals Generating and Processing in the Field of On-Board Communications”. An example of organizing research teams collaborative work in an expanded format with Chairs of IEEE regional Sections, Chapters and Joint Chapters, is considered. Current data on the regional Chapters distribution and IEEE Societies within Sections R80059, R80087 and R80089 are generated and structured.
