Applications of Cooperative Vehicle-Infrastructure System Using High-Precision Positioning

In response to the growing challenges in traffic management and safety, this project focused on the comprehensive development and validation of a cooperative vehicle-infrastructure system. To enhance traffic efficiency and safety, a real and complete cooperative vehicle-infrastructure system was designed and constructed. It enabled three typical applications: assisted driving and autonomous driving, detailed monitoring of driving behavior, and high-precision positioning-assisted ETC. Based on this foundation, we conducted validation and evaluation of the system's effectiveness in real-world applications. The results underscored the critical importance of integrating high-precision positioning technology, providing support and assurance for the safe operation and efficient transportation of freight vehicles.
