Research on Collaborative Scheduling Method of Multiple AGVs Based on Electricity Measurement Materials

With the continuous increase in labor costs, using AGV handling to replace traditional manual handling has become a trend. For parallel operations of multiple AGVs, if effective traffic control is not implemented, the operation of AGVs will be chaotic. The existing traffic control methods for parallel operation of multiple AGVs are relatively single, inefficient, and unable to achieve efficient operation and control of multiple AGVs. This article determines the material evaluation value for each AGV device transportation and obtains the priority passage evaluation value through the weight factors of electricity quantity, material type, task type, and waiting time, achieving a more comprehensive setting of AGV priority passage method for multiple parallel operations. It solves the problem of single AGV priority passage setting method for multiple parallel operations in existing technology.
