Prevention of Road Accidents by Using Li-Fi Technology

The best way to lower car accidents is vehicle-to-vehicle communication. According to this study, light-emitting diode bulbs are the main tool used to implement Li-Fi technology. Data is transmitted via light’s spectrum to act as an optical wireless channel for signal propagation. By using this technology, many lives can be saved and traffic accidents can be prevented. To facilitate communication between cars traveling within a touching distance of one another, an ultrasonic distance-detecting sensor is utilized. This Li-Fi is used to transfer data between cars. Text, video, and other types of data can all be sent over Li-Fi. This concept can be carried out as economically and efficiently as possible. LED-based lighting is widely utilized in daily activities today. Because of its benefits, including quick switching, high power efficiency, and safety for human vision, it may also be used for communication. Therefore, this project will address visible light data transmission between automobiles that is ecologically benign. The visible light is composed of white LEDs that transmit audio signals to the receiver. VLC has a promising future and enhances existing RF communication by becoming more efficient.
