Optimising Silver-Enhanced BiFeO3 Nanoparticle Catalysts Using Random Forests and Genetic Algorithms

This study addresses the task of optimizing Silver-Enhanced BiFeO₃ Nanoparticle Catalysts, which is essential for improving catalytic efficiency in industrial applications. The article presents a new approach that integrates Random Forests and Genetic Algorithms to forecast and enhance catalyst performance. This methodology surpasses current approaches by a large margin, reaching an accuracy of 95.6%, precision of 94.3%, recall of 96.8%, F1-score of 95.5%, and an AUC-ROC score of 0.98. The measurements highlight the model's exceptional predicted accuracy and dependability in comparison to conventional methodologies. This research utilizes sophisticated machine learning techniques to not only provide a strong framework for optimizing catalysts but also offers vital insights to the field of nanomaterial science and engineering. The findings indicate that the suggested method provides a superior approach for enhancing the performance of nanoparticle catalysts, which might result in more streamlined industrial operations. This study lays the foundation for future research to investigate greater improvements by including other machine learning techniques or hybrid models.
