A New Kind of Manhole Door Mechanism for Electrostatic Precipitators

The manhole door mechanism of an electrostatic precipitator is crucial for its normal operation. However, the commonly manhole door mechanism in current electrostatic precipitators has problems such as poor insulation and sealing performance, easy corrosion of the shell and equipment around the manhole, leading to decrease dust removal efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator. In order to solve the above problems, this article introduces a new type of manhole door mechanism for electrostatic precipitators. Due to the unique cylindrical base and cylindrical sleeve used in the manhole door mechanism, both of which are double-layer structures, filled with insulation materials inside, and reinforced with flange with sealing gaskets. The manhole door mechanism can effectively solve the problems of poor thermal insulation, poor sealing performance, and easy corrosion of equipment in current electrostatic precipitators. The practice has also proven it. Therefore, the new type of electrostatic precipitator manhole mechanism disclosed in this article has high promotion and application value.
