An IoT-based Smart Waste Disposal and Credibin Rewards System for Sustainable Campus Waste Management

College campuses have a serious concern regarding waste management. Overloading of improper waste disposal and inefficient collection schedules is common on these campuses. The paper proposes an IoT-based Smart Waste Disposal and Credibin Rewards System for college campuses using IoT sensors for waste level detection, weight sensors for anomaly identification, and a barcode-based student identification system. A credit system offers incentives for responsible waste disposal, which promotes sustainable practices in students. The system utilizes real-time data analytics and cloud platforms to optimize waste management processes while encouraging active participation from the campus community.
