Battery Monitoring and Control System for EV using IOT Technology

Electric vehicles represent a significant advancement for the automobile industry, promoting a more sustainable future with their eco-friendly approach and reduced fuel dependence. The battery is the primary source of energy for an electric vehicle. A reliable and real-time monitoring system is crucial to ensure the safety, performance, and longevity of the EV battery packs. This paper proposes an Internet of Things (IoT) based Battery Monitoring and Control System to monitor the vital parameters of electric vehicle batteries in real-time. This system utilizes the Internet of Things (IoT) to monitor and control electric vehicle functions automatically. Embedded sensors gather data which is then communicated through the Ubi Cloud protocol for autonomous management. The results depict various battery parameters, such as voltage, temperature, and humidity.
