Nevertheless, there are serious environmental consequences associated with these breakthroughs, such as resource destruction, elevated energy use, and electrical waste. It takes a comprehensive strategy that incorporates energy-efficient hardware, sustainable software, and green design concepts to strike a balance between technological innovation and environmental sustainability in 6G. Low-power network topologies, energy-harvesting technology, and the use of renewable energy sources are examples of emerging tactics.
