Flexible Pressure Sensor for Logistics Sorting

This paper focuses on the innovative application of flexible pressure sensors in the field of logistics sorting, aiming to improve the efficiency and accuracy of logistics sorting by optimizing the performance of the sensor's sensitive unit. To achieve this goal, we conducted in-depth research and improvement on the sensor's sensitive elements, aiming to enhance its accuracy, sensitivity and anti-interference, so as to more accurately measure the key physical information such as the shape and size of the goods in the detection area. Research method, in the preparation process of the sensor, we used carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and multilayer graphene foam (MLGs) as key materials. These two materials have broad application prospects in the field of sensors due to their excellent conductivity and mechanical properties. We optimized the preparation process of the sensor by adjusting key factors such as the content of CNTs and MLGs, stirring time and molding temperature. Specifically, we designed multiple groups of experiments to test the performance of the sensor at different CNTs and MLGs contents, different stirring times and different molding temperatures. By comparing and analyzing the experimental data of each group, we determined the optimal material ratio and preparation process parameters. The experimental results show that by optimizing the content of CNTs and MLGs, stirring time and molding temperature, we successfully improved the sensitivity of the sensor. The optimized sensor can more accurately sense and respond to the pressure changes of the goods on the sensor, thereby achieving accurate measurement of physical information such as the shape and size of the goods. In addition, we also found that the optimized sensor has also significantly improved in anti-interference. In a complex logistics environment, the sensor can work stably without being interfered by external factors, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the sorting process. This study successfully improved the performance of the flexible pressure sensor by improving material selection and preparation process. The optimized sensor has broad application prospects in the field of logistics sorting and can significantly improve sorting efficiency and accuracy. This study not only provides a theoretical basis and practical guidance for further research and application of flexible pressure sensors in the field of logistics sorting, but also provides a useful reference for research in other related fields. In the future, we will continue to conduct in-depth research on the performance optimization and application expansion of flexible pressure sensors to promote their innovative application and development in more fields.
