Research on Electromagnetic Compatibility of Fuel Cell DCDC Converter

Aiming at the electromagnetic interference problem of DC/DC converters in fuel cell vehicles, an electrical model of DCDC converters based on PWM control was established, and the interference source was located through methods such as conduction emission and radiation emission. Based on the characteristics of electromagnetic fields and Maxwell's equations, this paper establishes mathematical equations for the distribution of spatial electromagnetic fields, and simulates and analyzes the main interference sources, sensitive components, etc. The results showed that the DC/DC converter in fuel cell vehicles exceeded the conducted emission standard due to the failure of internal common mode inductance. After filtering the low-voltage components, it met the electromagnetic compatibility requirements.
