Exploring the Collaborative Education Model of Labor Education and Professional Education in Computer Science under the Background of New Engineering

Under the background of new engineering, the collaborative education mode of computer professional labor education and professional education has become an important direction of higher education reform. This paper aims to explore how to effectively integrate computer professional labor education and professional education, and build a collaborative education system to meet the new requirements of the new economy and new technology for personnel training. This paper first analyzes the background of the new engineering and its challenges to the cultivation of computer professionals, and points out the shortcomings of the traditional education mode in cultivating high-quality compound talents with strong engineering practice ability and innovation ability. In order to construct the collaborative education mode of computer professional labor education and professional education, this paper puts forward seven strategies: clarifying the goal of collaborative education, constructing the curriculum system of collaborative education, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, increasing the investment of teaching resources, enabling labor education by information technology, encouraging students to participate in diversified discipline competitions, and establishing a scientific evaluation system. Through the implementation of the above strategies, this paper believes that the collaborative education mode of computer professional labor education and professional education can significantly improve the comprehensive quality and employment competitiveness of students, and cultivate more high-quality computer professionals who adapt to the development of new economy and new technology for the industry and society. At the same time, the model also provides a useful reference for the education reform of other majors.
