Effective Path of Building an Industry Education Alliance in the Economic Circle - Taking the Economic Circle of the Capital of Shandong Province, China as an Example

In the wave of China's vocational education reform, municipal industry-teaching consortiums, as a new engine for the integration of regional economy and education, have shown their unique value in the economic circle of the capital of Shandong Province. This study systematically organizes the essence of the theory and practice of industry-education integration at home and abroad, and then adopts multiple means, such as interviews, questionnaires, and case studies, to meticulously depict the construction and operation mechanism of industry-education consortiums in seven cities of Shandong Province (Jinan, Zibo, Dongying, Tai'an, Binzhou, Dezhou, and Liaocheng). E204 enterprises demonstrated success in energy conservation and emission reduction through a 30% reduction in energy consumption and a 35% reduction in carbon emissions. The study not only provides an operational strategic guide for the construction of industry-teaching consortia in Shandong Province and even in the wider region, but also lays an empirical cornerstone for the modernization and transformation of higher vocational education and effectively promotes the in-depth integration of vocational education and the regional economy.
