Scenario Construction of Smart Education in Universities: Teaching Practice Based on Management Courses

Undoubtedly, smart education has become a hot spot of teaching reform in colleges and universities. This paper adopts situational learning theory, combines virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR) and other technologies, and constructs a teaching platform that simulates real management scenarios. Through personalized learning path, social function and real-time feedback mechanism, it realizes the effective docking between teaching content and students' needs. The research design includes multiple stages of needs analysis, technology selection, course design, instructor training, student guidance, implementation monitoring, evaluation and feedback, and adjustment and optimization. This paper compares the quiz scores and assignment completion rates of 30 students in a management course in a smart and traditional teaching environment. The results show that the highest student achievement in the smart teaching environment reached 100 points, while the highest in the traditional teaching environment was only 93 points; the completion rate of student assignments in smart education was generally higher than that in traditional education, with the highest reaching 100%. These data indicate that the scenario-built smart education model significantly improves students' learning effectiveness and engagement. Although problems with technology integration and student adaptability were encountered during implementation, they can be effectively overcome through ongoing teacher professional development and the provision of personalized learning pathways.
