Research and Design of an Artificial Intelligence-Based Inspection System for Substation and Distribution Rooms

The substation and distribution room is a critical component of the power distribution network, where the normal operation of its equipment is essential for the safety and reliability of the entire system. Therefore, promptly identifying and eliminating potential fault risks to ensure that the distribution equipment remains in optimal condition has always been a focal point for maintenance and operation personnel. This paper presents an intelligent inspection system for substation and distribution room equipment developed using artificial intelligence technology, along with corresponding software designed for real-time monitoring of equipment operational status. Furthermore, historical data can be conveniently queried through the backend software platform, effectively addressing the shortcomings associated with traditional manual inspections.
